Which are the means of payment accepted by Rose & Chocolat ?
Rose & Chocolat allows you to pay online by Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Sofort, Ideal and PayPal.
Are the payments by card really protected ?
Rose & Chocolat takes the security of the payments and the confidentiality of information that you give us very seriously. To this end, the site uses a protected mode of payment SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which allows the encoding of your banking co-ordinates during their transmission over Internet. You can see that the transmission is encrypted by software from the padlock symbol which appears in your navigator. The transaction is carried out via the Stripe payment platform which alone receives the banking information provided on the site at the time of the payment. When you enter your bank card number to pay for your purchases, in reality you transmit your banking data directly to Stripe, which records them in its highly-protected server. This information is not forwarded by any intermediary, not even Rose & Chocolat, and is not stored either by our technical service providers.
Are taxes included?
Our prices display all taxes included for orders towards towards countries that are members of the European Union.
For orders to countries outside of the European Union, customs and duties in the destination country are not included. The customer/recipient will have to pay to the courrier during delivery.
We ship our packages with FedEx, TNT and Envialia depending on the country of destination and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package. Alternatively the carrier will try 1 more time to deliver the package. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched and we will not ship your package again if you weren’t able to collect your package. Orders are generally shipped the same day if placed before 1pm on working days. Orders received after 1pm or on a non-working day, will be shipped the next working day.
To countries within the European Union, we offer both standard and express shipping. Standard shipping should be delivered in 3 to 4 business days from being shipped. Express normally takes 1 business day.
Outside of the European Union, we only offer the express option taking 1 to 5 business days generally depending on the country of destination.

The indicated delivery times are general time frames established by the shipping company. These time frames are on top of item availability times and order preparation times. No refund for shipping fees can be made on orders delivered later than the indicated delivery times.
- If you have placed an order for delivery outside of the European Union, please note that custom fees and import taxes are imposed once the parcel arrives in the country of destination. As your order will be held by customs, you may be asked to pay these fees and taxes. These fees must be paid by the receiver (this also applies to retailers and wholesalers). Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the amount imposed nor are we able to estimate the fees as the customs regulations vary from country to country.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles within 30 days of receipt (at your own expense). The articles must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging and with their labels attached.

Please Note: Always include your order number(s) when you make a return to us.
Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and with their labels attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. A refund of the returned goods will be made within 14 days on your PayPal account or on your bank account if you paid with a credit card. Shipping costs are on your expense. Since we are not responsible for any items that are send to us in error, we recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting.
